Calling All Israelites

Here we are
500 years after
they said we would never know again
the name of Israel
We were shaken to our foundation
brought to the depths of hell
cast into a strange land- Another country
Breathing in all the pain and sorrows
of oppression, captivity, murders,
distress, closed doors, hopeless dreams,
false messages, and the false gods of the ghetto.
We've seen rain mixed with dark clouds,
hurricanes and cruel tempest
been through the fire
neglect and emptiness
But none of our enemies considered,
nor did they know
the God of Jacob
Who keepth covenant for thousands of generations
and who will by no means break his word
500 years after
through it all
He separated a Remnant
for Himself
elect and chosen;
save by the blood of the Lamb
delivered by the arm of the Great King
Crowned by the hand of the Prince of God the Father-
Christ our Lord
