Lamentation

Why?God.
Why do the people
suffer as they do?
When will you take up our cause
for Justice?
Everyday we die,
hunted like deer.
Our blood is poured out
in the streets,
and there is no Justice.
They say, we are not a people,
we are a useless people.
They feel so proud with
their guns, machines, and positions.
We die
and where is Justice?
Salvation, freedom
never seems to come.
Take up your armor, O God
like you said;
gather your weapons
and call your armies of Angels
and come down
and deliver your darling,
your anointed- the people
you have called your own from the beginning.
Let my eyes see
your Justice towards all my enemies.

Amen, even so, come Lord Jesus.
