The Sanctuary

 I have searched all over the world 

in distant lands and over the mountains

and through the valleys

to find you

O, only if my eyes could see the invisible

These Roads

 These roads

I've seen many ways on these roads here

Open country and quaint farm homes along these roads

on these roads I've witness the quietness, tranquility, and decadence with the cool

carelessness of a careless people

These roads have even led me to the other side of the American experience 

my eyes have beheld tomorrow's people 

living in their aging tenement builds on packed blocks even older or

 down in the projects surrounded by steel bars and concrete walls that 

tells what was on the architects' minds when they created it (to keep the have-nots, the Indians,

the illegal aliens, and the niggas out)

On these roads and on this side of America they walk and talk to a different rhythm 

a sound that's all of their own, a style that says- it won't always be like this

tomorrow will come too

Holy War

Traveling with just a thought
