“Remember the Sabbath day
and keep it holy (Ex. 20:8)”
For six days we work
everyday we go about our endeavors (
Ex. 20:9,10,11)
with our hands and minds we labor
and so He feeds us all
what we have is of Him,
and through Him, and to Him,
the Lord God is His name (Rom. 11:36)
Amen
At eve
on the seventh day
quite comes
the noise of the city stops
the grinding of the machine ends
the sound of the train fades
and the Sabbath begins
the prayers of your saints
are heard, O God
the sweet songs of Zion resounds
and the beauty of your Holy Word
is revealed by your Holy Spirit
and we are refreshed
Amen
The sun rises in the east
over the trees and houses
the birds play their songs
and the wind blows
bringing in a new morning air
refreshing everything on your
Sabbath day
Amen
Sweet incense burn
and prayers of your saints go up
the books are opened
and we come before your presences
O God,
Lord of heaven and earth
Amen
Music and songs are offered
unto you, Oh Yahawah
for you are worthy of praise,
and honor, and power, and riches,
and might ( Rev. 4:10,11)
Amen
You who save
your people Israel
and show mercy
to the multitudes of nations (Rom. 15:
8,9,10)
Amen
For you, O God
have given us a priest
after the order of Melchizedek,
Yashawah, the Christ
who ministers before you
on our behalf continually
Amen
We keep your Sabbaths
and honor you
continually
as you are faithful, so we are
as you are holy, so we are
for we are taught
by your example
every Sabbath day
Amen
Shalam,
Zarach
